Shipping Information

Processing and production of your order will begin during the next business day after payment is received. It may take up to two additional business days for your order to complete production and be shipped. Delivery times can be found for each shipping type below.

Please note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. If you enter a PO Box or an APO address, we will ship your order via United States Postal Service; no tracking information can be provided and delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered in one to five days after your order has shipped. Deliveries to AK, HI, P.O. boxes and Puerto Rico can take up to 7 days to be delivered. Tracking information provided. Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico.

3 Day Select: You receive your order by the end of the third business day after your order is shipped. Service Area: The 48 contiguous states.

Next Day Express: You receive your order the next business day after your order is shipped and it will be received by 7:00pm. Service Area: The 48 contiguous states.

UPS International Premium: Delivery typically takes between three to six business days. We cannot be responsible for any import duties or taxes, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply on packages arriving in countries across the world from the USA. We encourage you to speak with your local authorities.

USPS International Economy: Delivery takes up to six weeks. There is no order tracking for this shipping option and no service provided for duties and customs on international deliveries. Packages which weigh more than 4 lbs. will be sent by USPS International Priority.

UPS Standard (Canada Only) Delivery to Canada typically takes between three and seven business days after your order is shipped. Tracking information is provided. Additional customs and duties (GST, HST etc.), plus a brokerage fee of approximately $10 for residential addresses are required. Orders over $200 (CAD) or orders with a business address may incur larger brokerage fees.

Technical problems with your order

Ordering with Spreadshirt works just fine with most browsers (e.g. Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Opera). If you do have technical problems, please check the following points and try again to place an order: – Do you use the latest version of the Flash Player? – Are javascript, cookies and pop-ups activated in your browser? If not, the shop might not be represented properly – Do high security setups of your firewall and your router interfere with the data transfer over the internet? If you continue to experience problems, you may want to try using a different web browser. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox for the best results.

Order confirmation not received

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to technical problems or an error in your e-mail address (e.g. typo). In this case, please e-mail us at service@spreadshirt.com to let us know that you haven’t received your order confirmation e-mail. Be sure to provide us with the full name, e-mail address and street address used in the order as well as the order date.
